Technical details
The DRIVE THROUGH foldable spill containment berm is made of extremely durable recyclable ReccoPro HardGuard material with high mechanical resistance against abrasion and puncture. The berm is suitable for repeated entry of handling equipment or vehicles. The containment berm is supplied with dismantled wall supports, which minimizes the size of the package when the berm is not in use and allows for more comfortable and less physically demanding handling. Additional installation of the wall supports is very fast, smooth and without the use of tools. The Smart-Up Lock system of the wall supports ensures lightning-fast positioning of the sidewalls to a 90° vertical position and equally fast folding to a horizontal position, which allows for comfortable drive-in and out. The supports prevent sagging of the sides and are equipped with holes for anchoring to the ground under high wind conditions. The temperature range of use of the spill containment berm is –30 °C to +70 °C.
The berm is available in several dimensional variants. Thanks to the low profile of the berm and the chemical resistance of the material used, it can also be used as a decontamination site.
Smart-Up Lock wall supports folding system
Smart-Up Lock is a patented design system of folding wall supports that can be locked in a 90° vertical position with one movement. This system allows for the same quick and easy folding back to a horizontal position for convenient and easy drive-in and out or handling equipment into the berm. The folding wall supports also have integrated holes for anchoring the berm to the ground in the event of strong winds or other pressure on the side of the berm. In case of damage, the wall supports can be easily and quickly replaced.
Leak Proof Seal screws
The corner construction secured in the upper part of the berm with special Leak Proof Seal screws with a seal ensures 100% protection against leakage even when the berm is filled to the maximum with liquid.
