Magnetic Leak Patch POLYURETHANE
An extremely heat- and chemically resistant, flexible polyurethane patch with maximum magnetic adhesion to metal surfaces. It is the fastest, safest, and most effective way to immediately stop or prevent unwanted leaks, for example from punctured steel drums, tanks, containers, pipelines, and similar equipment.
Thanks to its resistance to mechanical damage, abrasion, or tearing, it is ideal for use in the oil, petrochemical, automotive, or mining industries, as well as in logistics, construction, or mechanical engineering.

Technical details
Magnetic Leak Patch is manufactured from High Quality Flexible Urethane with High Thermal and Chemical Resistance. Implemented High Quality Strong Rare Earth Magnets can hold guaranteed up to 37,5 lb of pressure (17 kg). Magnetic Patch is available in 2 sizes. The smaller patch is delivered with 2 loop webbing straps, the bigger one with 4 loop webbing straps. Temperature resistance is from –40 °F up to +248 °F. Easy and quick application. It can be applied by one person by throwing, using pike pole etc. This sealing solution protects the responder by minimising direct contact and exposure with the leaking hazardous materials. Thanks to its quick application, the patch helps minimize soil and water contamination, protecting human, animal, and marine life. Patch can be repositioned if necessary. Supplied with two adjustable ratcheting strap systems, the kit ensures the patch remains firmly secured to the damaged surface. In extreme situations, an optional Teflon sheet can be applied to the Magnetic Leak Patch to protect it from damage and improve its chemical resistance. The patch comes with a special carrying case featuring an industrial-grade zipper and insulated sides to buffer the magnetic strength of the Magnetic Leak Patch when not in use. The case also helps protect the MLP from UV light.
Magnetic Leak Patch is also available in an unbeatable silicone version, delivering extreme resistance to heat and chemicals.
